Make the time to blog! Quick Tip

When your to-do list is monstrous and your time is eaten up by client meetings, it can be difficult to make sure that you spend the time you need to blog.  But blogging IS important for a variety of reasons.  So, how do you buckle down to do that?



There are a number of different ways to keep your blogging on track.  The most important is keeping a list of content topics.  These are tidbits that you have read about, heard about, or questions that you receive from clients that would be helpful to provide additional information on. 

The second thing that you can do is to create a publishing calendar.  That way, when you sit down to write, you already have your topic, and if it falls within your content topics, hopefully you have some information and statistics! 

Finally  the third thing is to simply make the time.  Take 15 minutes to write a quick tip.  As long as it is something that your readers are interested in (and occasionally everyone will have a blog post that falls flat), it will contribute to your success in reaching current and new clients.
